Experience the full intellectual and creative force that is poet, writer, playwright, and former lawyer M. NourbeSe Philip in the 50-seat Motel. Internationally acclaimed, Philip is a Fellow of the Guggenheim and Rockefeller (Bellagio) Foundations and the MacDowell Colony. Her Festival book Blank: Essays and Interviews explores race, art, timelines, recurrence and the body politic.
